When the temperature drops we’re ready for you with our collection of homemade soups. They come from the same philosophy as our ice cream: homemade and locally sourced.
We source our produce from local farms and herbs from Croton Middle School. The weekly menu always has some daily standards for you to count on plus a special or two. Feel free to call ahead to reserve your pints and quarts for those chilly nights at home- or as an addition to your dinner/holiday party. Plus, there’s always room to eat here at our Soup Bar where you can relax and eye up some ice cream for dessert :)

Thai Butternut Squash
We start with local squash and roast them to get the most flavor. Then we add coconut milk, fresh grated ginger and garlic, and just the right touch of curry and tumeric. A vegetarian treat that will make you glad Fall is here.Potato Leek- A smooth version of the classic. All flavor.
Local potatoes and lots of sauteed leeks. Blended with chicken broth and spice. Thick and smooth, a perfect version of the classic. All flavor.
Local onions,peppers,and celery sauteed in olive oil. We add spices, vegetable broth and simmer with black beans till tender. Topped with sour cream and fresh cilantro. And always a big chunk of Balthazar bread to accompany your soup. This year we will add an offering of gluten free bread from Three Dogs Bakery (Briarcliff Manor. NY)
This is an ice cream shop after all, so of course we’ll have our Fall ice cream line up in the freezer as well, including: brown sugar cinnamon, pumpkin spice, salted caramel and a variety of other delicious favorites.
Orders for Thanksgiving were very popular last year, take those pies to a new level with our homemade, locally sourced ice cream.
